Bravo to the KSA November 16 recital performers
Eleven fine performers kicked off the Fall 2025 KSA recital season with gusto. Ranging in age from 5 to 18, they presented music from the 16th to the 20th century with enthusiasm, skill and emotion. This is the genius of the Suzuki Method of music education. One piece at a time, artistry and maturity grow through the introduction of progressive new challenges. Watching the focus of a young student mastering the next variation of “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star: and the confidence and panache of an older student’s flying fingers in Mozart and de Beriot is a thrill indeed.

None of it could happen without the dedication of parents and teachers. Parents give many hours as they take notes in lessons and practice with their students each day. Congratulations and thank you to these parents who are helping to keep the art of music alive and well in the 21st century. Kudos to Adam Ayers, Jennifer George, Sarah Ringer, and Wesley Baldwin for teaching and preparing these students for recital.
Thanks to First United Methodist Church (First Church Knox) for the use of the beautiful sanctuary.
