KSA spring recitals

Four piano, violin, viola, and cello recitals brought students and families together at First Church Knox.

Read event details

Students at many stages of learning shared their work in four spring recitals. Some made their performance debut, while intermediate and advanced students brought increasing poise, agility, and artistry to the stage.

Recitals celebrate growth and individual musical voices. Younger students are inspired by older students, and experienced students encourage those at the beginning of the journey.

KSA at the Rossini Festival

KSA violinists, violists, cellists, and teachers performed together on Clinch Avenue during Knoxville’s Rossini Festival.

Students age 5 to 18 performed together at Knoxville’s annual Rossini Festival. The program ranged from “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star” by the full ensemble to concerto movements by advanced students.

The outdoor performance gave students an excellent opportunity to share music with families, friends, and festival visitors in downtown Knoxville.
