Violinist Geoffrey Herd has performed throughout the United States, Latin America, and Asia. A sought-after recitalist and chamber musician, he has appeared at venues including Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall and Boston’s Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.

Wesley Baldwin

Cellist Wesley Baldwin is a co-director of KSA and has taught young cellists for more than three decades. He is Professor of Cello at the University of Tennessee and the founder and director of the Tennessee Cello Workshop.

William Shaub

William Shaub is Concertmaster of the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra and a graduate of the Juilliard School. His work combines solo performance, chamber music, orchestral leadership, and community service.

Sarah Ringer

Sarah Ringer has taught Suzuki violin since 1999 and holds a master’s degree in violin performance with an emphasis in Suzuki pedagogy from the Hartt School.

Alyssa Burnette began Suzuki piano at age four and has taught Suzuki piano since 2002.

Pamela Schneller

Pamela Schneller joined KSA in January 2025 after 35 years at Vanderbilt University’s Blair School of Music. She served as a choral director and Senior Lecturer and later as Assistant, Associate, and Senior Associate Dean of the Precollege and Adult Program.
