Knoxville Suzuki Academy Foundation
The KSA Foundation helps children study music when family finances would otherwise make lessons or an instrument impossible. A gift can become teaching, listening, practice, group music-making, and the confidence that grows from sustained work.

Why the Foundation exists
The Knoxville Suzuki Academy Foundation helps children study music when family finances would otherwise make lessons or an instrument impossible.
Suzuki believed that every child can learn. The Foundation gives that conviction a practical form by helping students participate in the regular instruction and musical community that make progress possible.
Scholarship support can help cover consistent private lessons and the group classes that connect individual study to a musical community.
Support can help a student secure an appropriately sized violin, viola, or cello, or meet other essential instrument needs at the start of study.
Students can take part in recitals, workshops, and shared learning experiences rather than being separated from the full academy experience by cost.
